Well-being Support & Therapy for Former Federal Employees
As you embark on your next professional chapter, prioritizing your well-being is paramount. We're creating a platform designed specifically for connected former federal workers like you, offering access to valuable resources and discounted sessions with licensed therapists who can provide compassionate support.
Free or Reduced-Cost Sessions
We support unemployed federal employees by connecting them with volunteer practitioners who guarantee a minimum of five sessions. These sessions are a mix of free or reduced-cost, varying by practitioner. Reduced-cost sessions are capped at a maximum of $35 per hour.
Licensed Mental Health Practitioners
Gain access to a network of licensed mental health practitioners including MDs, PhDs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, and LMFTs, all of whom are dedicated to helping you manage change, stress, and life transitions.
