  • Professional Licensure and Standing: You affirm that you are, and have been for the past two consecutive years, a fully licensed mental health professional in good standing in the state where you currently practice.

  • Provisional Licensure: If you hold a provisional license, you confirm that you have a qualified supervisor approved by your licensing board and that you will provide the supervisor's contact information to any clients you see through the FormerFed Access Therapy network.

  • Pro Bono Commitment: You commit to offering a minimum of 1 free therapy session to each client referred through FormerFed Access Therapy who indicates an inability to pay.

  • Availability for Pro Bono Clients (Requirement for All Listings): To be listed in the FormerFed Access Therapy registry for all former federal employees (including those with the means to pay), you must either be currently accepting a pro bono client referred through FormerFed Access Therapy or actively seeing one. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your removal from the network.
